I feel relief flood my body as I smile once more. "Well, mom offered to do my chores as an apology for using my stuff. As for the sorting of the chores, that's just how it is this time. Maybe they will change next time."

She sneers at me. "Sure, that's just how it is on your chore list. Not like you personally control it or anything. Since when do you even own the chore list?"
