Waiting

You both lie on the floor. You are still not tied up. You raise your head.

"Fuck...that was" you say weakly.

"I know" Raven voice isn't much stronger.

"Nobody is here" you say "we could try and escape."

"Surely there is someone guarding the room" she answers, doubtfully.

"Let's check out" you can barely stand, but you open the door, they are not closed and you can freely check your surroundings. Nobody. "There is no one here!" you announce.

"Fuck" she says, sitting on the floor "so maybe we could escape, but maybe..."

"It's a trap" you finish for her "and if they caught us..."

"Fuck..." she says again "I wouldn't survive it, I would lose my mind."

"Yeah" you say, close the door and sit on the floor near her. She puts her head on your arm, and you put your hand around her. You just sit waiting.

After very long time door opens.
