How do you plead?

The judge walked out, an older man with a large bushy mustache and a bald head.

"Be seated." His said. He picked up the case file and leafed through it. Then he looked up at Lauren. Lauren squirmed as his eyes widened at her appearance.

"Lauren Adkins." He said. "You are charged with indecent exposure..." He raised an eyebrow as a chuckle ran through the courtroom. "...Driving Without a license and reckless driving. How do you plead?"

Lauren stood, tugging down at her tiny silk dress. Nancy her lawyer stood next to her and spoke up.

"You're honor, we move to have all charges thrown out on a first amendment basis." Nancy said.

"Oh? And how exactly does the first amendment apply?" He asked.

"My client was engaging in a protest against body shaming, and not some indecent display." The lawyer explained. "She was exercising her first amendment rights at the time of her arrest, rendering it and all other charges unlawful." Her lawyer said.

"I see..." The judge seemed to be thinking, looking from Nancy to Lauren, who was sweating bullets...
