Trigger Trance

Using his wish, Mineta had made it so that he could temporarily entrance women. During this small period, he could program them with hypnotic triggers. A sort of cause and effect that would impact their actions, feelings, or personalities.

However, he could only use it on one person at a time - and while the girls could be left in a triggered state for a while, they would eventually come out of it if he didn't reuse the trigger again.
