Meeting Your Chauffeur

Alexa giggled at Diana's joke. Even way back into the car, she felt the **** of Diana's personality, but the woman clearly felt indebted to Alexa. When they were driving for a bit, Alexa realized they weren't exactly heading straight home, which meant Alexa had to ask. Diana responded with ease.

"Well, since I'm house sitting, Carol said it'd be alright if I brought some of the kids down. James needs a break from fatherhood for a bit, so I figured this was the perfect chance." Alexa took in what she had just said and Diana replied before she could make much complaints. "Don't worry, they won't be any trouble, and you'll be my primary focus down here. Just going back to grab 'em."

"O-oh, got it." Alexa replied. The two continued their conversations without much interruption, reaching Diana's house quickly enough. As the kids got loaded into the car, Diana introduced Alexa to her husband, James, who gave her a bear hug which literally could've killed her if not for Diana's intervention.

"My goodness, you're the girl who saved a Sauer's life. Thanks so much." James said after the bear hug was dropped. Diana and her husband talked a bit, and then Alexa left with Diana.

"Can I sit in the front?" Alexa asked. Her toothy grin with the braces and glasses made Diana's heart melt.

"Sorry Alexa. I have to put some stuff that couldn't fit in the boot in there. Besides, your carseat is already back there!" Diana said with a smile, herding Alexa in like she was the last child remaining for the trip; Alexa's dress flicked once more, but Diana made no comment. Joan slipped the headphones on Alexa like she was incapable, and soon enough, Alexa was enraptured by the cartoons, allowing Diana to talk to Carol on the phone.

They stopped a hour into the trip, thankfully for Alexa. Pulling into a confectionary shop, Diana dealt with the task of caroling 5 children to select their treat for good behavior, along with Alexa needing the bathroom. Alexa rushed into the bathroom, locking the single family bathroom; unfortunately for her, the back of her sundress had caught on the door. Unlocking the door, Alexa worked the material gently out the jagged edges of the lock. By the time she'd got the material out, Diana had sat all her children down, and noticed Alexa struggling with the door open.

"What's wrong?" Diana asked.

"Oh, nothing, just my dress caught." Alexa said with a smile. For the first time in awhile, she was able to use the bathroom, making quick work of it; Diana changed her in a flurry of action.

"Right. Order what you want. My treat Alexa." Diana said as she eyed her 5 rowdy children. Alexa picked out a few donuts, and scarfed them down afterwards. Diana approached later with a silly little party hat, plopping it onto Alexa's head. "To celebrate you back in town!"

Alexa was knocked out after that, sleeping as the headphones played cartoons into her ears; Diana woke her up last of all the kids, letting her enjoy the beauty sleep. Besides, putting the kids to bed was a trip in and of itself, one Alexa might've heard if she was in the house. Working a pliable Alexa into her crib, Diana changed her into the large sleep diapers, put on the onesie, and locked it. Carol had been pretty specific with her directions......
