Saying Good Bye to His Sugar Mama

After coming back to life, fucking 9 fauns, leveling up, and making love to Celestia, Luke was relaxing with a hot shower. He didn't need to bathe because his 'Greater Charisma' kept him clean. But it was relaxing.

"Say, this Palace Bathhouse is amazing. I bet Rebecca would love to have your internal designer. She is building a Fertility Center with a Spa," Luke said walking out of the bath.

"Oh, her Coven's gathering 'Soul-Energy' sight? She already asked for help. I sent my best architects to consult," Celestia said not looking up.

Luke smiled as his 8-foot Jinn Queen enjoyed a faun massage while floating in the pool.

"But I dought my workers can do much for your Coven. Consulting and Guarding are easy to do. But spending our 'Mental-Energy' to remake your world always comes with problems. Either we feel used for waisting our magic on stupid shit, or you guys break some rule. Ether a rule governing your reality or some legal or moral rule. Hmm, I hope that Dr. Bludd is smarter than your average mortal," Celestia said before summoning a pear.

"He should just wish for a new ability or two. It worked out for me. I didn't break any rules governing reality," Luke said taking a seat by the water.

"You are a bad example of making Exciting Wish choices. Your hands were tied. The wishes I blessed you with were based on the fact that my powers are limited to things in my Realm. You could only wish for things that you could take back with you to Earth. This is why you got knowledge (new spells) and the 'Soul Crystal'. As for your wishes on Earth, those were boring. The wishes from Princes Eversong's (Ruby) Genie Lamp, you kept those wishes small, out of fear of making waves," Celestia said before eating her summoned pear whole.

"I dought Dr. Bludd will waste his 3 Genie Wishes. He is an independent Arch Warlock on Earth. It's not every day you get that combination. I am excited to learn what happens next," Celestia said purring in delight.

That made Luke think. He thought himself smart for the powers he asked for. But now he reconsidered his past wishes.

"Should I ask for more abilities? ... No ... no. Celestia's blessed me enough. I got multiple custom abilities ('Magical Phantom Pregnancy', 'Daddy Jump', and 'Arcane Dresser') and a legendary artifact the 'Soul Crystal'. The crystal was priceless, having already proved its worth. ... After I defeated her political rivals (Duchess Shine, Storm, and Berry), Celestia blessed me further with an 'Aura Suppression Ring', a difficult item to create. And she helped Rebecca's quest for knowledge by giving her a '3rd Eye'. Another priceless item," Luke thought counting on his fingers.

"Fuck, then she held a feast in my honor. Before it started she gave me Four Jinn Body Guards, which I knocked up and accelerated their pregnancies (making them breeding cheerleaders, not fighters, ... not my smartest move in light of my ****). At the party, she Blessed me with a 'Magical Moniker' and made gallons of 'Mommy Maker Milk' poison for my toast. Which likely pissed off a lot of older Jinn Nobility (Leading to my attempted ****). ... After I was attacked, Celestia sent Jinn Soldiers to guard my women and unborn children. Lastly, she upgraded my 'Music Breeding Talisman' to absorb more Fey-Energy, before giving me 9 Fel Faun Maidens. All in an effort for me to learn an ability to get **** on my assassin," Luke thought humbled at Celestia's generosity.

Luke shook his head, embarrassed at the thought of ever asking for more from Queen Celestia.

"You okay?" Celestia thought into Luke's head.

"Oh, sorry. Just recalling my good fortune. Did I miss something," Luke thought back.

"Princess Eversong just teleported into the Palace. I bet your Life Coven is eager to get you back," Celestia said before snapping her fingers.

Crack!

Luke rapidly blinked as he found himself standing in the Throne Room. He recognized Bishop the green armored Jinn as he approached Queen Celestia atop her giant throne.

"My Queen, Princess Eversong has come to visit. She is again inquiring about Astral Duke Smith's return to health. Should I turn her away," Bishop said with a bow.

"Aww Bishop, looking out for my sexual needs?" Queen Celestia asked with a laugh.

Bishop blushed as he straightened.

"Just anticipating your whim. ... The Grand Breeder had only just returned from ****. I assumed you would want to spend more time with him," Bishop said looking at Luke.

"I had my fill. My daughter can have my high consort back. Indeed, it is for the best. He has responsibilities to attend to," Queen Celestia said smiling at Luke.

"Understood," Bishop said turning away.

As the knight left Luke was reminded of his absence on Earth.

"How long was I dead again?" Luke asked.

But before Queen Celestia could answer. Luke was tackled up into the air.

"LUKE! Luke Luke Luke Luke!" Ruby squealed as she held her baby daddy tight.

The two floated in the air, as Queen smiled at their reunion. Her heavily pregnant daughter floated in a circle as she rapidly kissed Luke. Celestia turned to her knight and mentally asked him Luke's question.

"I believe it's been about 2 months. Or precisely 64 days since your physical ****," Bishop said for everyone to hear.

"This is goodbye for now," Luke said kissing Celestia's giant purple belly.

"Thank you for everything. I am eternally grateful," Luke said meeting Celestia's eyes.

"Anything for you my dear. Please stay safe, and return often," Celestia said patting her belly.

"Come on Luke!" Ruby said pulling on Luke's arm.

"How could I stay away. I am going to keep your belly filled with babies. Best get used to being pregnant. Because we're going to have dozens of kids," Luke thought into Celestia's mind.

The Queen blushed knowing that Luke spoke the truth.

With one last Kiss, Luke stepped away from Celestia's belly.

Woosh!

With a flash of fire, Ruby teleported Luke away.
