Tottenham Hotspurs

The season begins as you are named in the bench squad for the first game of the season. The first game of the season is against West Ham United.

You head to the bench after the warm up as the playing 11 head to the pitch. You soak in the atmosphere as thousands of people are screaming in excitement and showing their support for the team.

The game begins with Tottenham dominating the game as expected, passing around the ball nicely and dominating the game in important spaces.

Right in the 7th minute Spurs get a corner. Corner is taken and Harry Kane heads it in giving the Tottenham the lead and scoring the first game of the season. The entire stadium erupts chanting Kane's name.

The game continues with Tottenham dominating possession and creating chances but still failing to double the lead as half time reaches.

As the ref blows the half time whistle you head back to the dressing room along with rest of the bench.

"Okay lads, brilliant game so far. But the lead is only 1-0. Harry, Son, we need you both to be more clinicals in front of the goal. We can't rest on a single goal lead. Keep the defense tight as we have all evening. Let's go get these 3 points, alright?" The gaffer says as everyone claps and yell in enthusiasm.

The second half began with Tottenham passing the ball in the defense as Erik Dier misplaces a pass and gives away the ball to the opposing striker who goes on the slot on the ball in the top corner. The stadium goes silent in disbelief as Lloris gives the ball back and Spurs begin attempts to regain the lead with an entire half to go.

As the match goes on Spurs dominate the possession but unable to convert their chances. It keeps feeling like the goal might come at anytime now but the shots are either saved or they go wide.

Around the 75th minute the gaffer tells you to start warming up. You begin to warm up as you watch spurs miss chance after chance.

Around the 80th minute the manager subs you in for a midfielder and asks you to attack the ball.

As the player comes out and you enter the pitch for the first time and as an unknown you hear a few faint claps for you.

You quickly assume your position as a second striker next to Harry Kane and get in the game.

Much like the rest of the game the team has a lot of possession without much end product. You fail to get in the right positions and really make an impact as you see the clock saying 90 minutes are over and see 3 minutes of added time.

As the time goes by, desperation grows as Lucas moura crosses the ball hopefully from the right wing. Harry Kane makes a jump for it and thumps in a strong header in the top corner. The goal keeper leaps and just manages to put his finger tips as the ball hits the cross bar and bounce back. Just as a west ham defender is about to clear the ball, you jump at the opportunity and stick your foot in putting the ball in the back of the net and scoring the winner in the very first game.

The entire crowd erupts as the score line changes to 2-1 spurs and the entire stadium starts chanting your name ," Conrad, Conrad, Conrad, Conrad!"

The entire teams celebrates your goal with you knowing not much time is left now and the victory is confirmed as the ref blows the whistle in a few minutes.

You walk back the tunnel greeted by hugs and cheers as the crowd claps for you.
