Just one last thing.

Jane: There is just one last thing. Your normal cellphone is not allowed inside. But you will get one from me. It kind of has some special features on it.

Sandy: but what about my contacts? I need to stay in touch with people.

Jane: We will just keep normal cellphone right here at the desk. So if you need to contact somebody there is a special button on the phone you get and we can reconnect you to the person you prefer to call or text with. All we need from you is the pincode to your mobile phone so we have access to those contacts.

Sandy: No way I am not going to give you acces to my phone!

Jane: That's fine. But then you will have no access to the people you want to have contact with.... I know this is kind of weird to ask. So we do have a contract with this for you to sign if you like. It says we won't hack your bank account or do any other fraud with you. We also won't do any identity fraud. We only will access the information on your phone. So it's really up to you if you want us to access your phone or not.

Jane Just picks out a form out of a drawer and the lays it down in front of Sandy.

Sandy just starts to read it. She was unsure what to do. She really needed to call her boyfriend that she got to the hotel she promised him. She also needed to make a phonecall for work. So being without her contacts was really not an option.

Sandy: so is this really safe? What will you do with my phone?

Jane: Well like I said we need to see the contacts so we can redirect you to them. In some special occasions we might contact people ourselves, especially in case of urgency or an emergency. We do have a quick look at your photos so we get a better image of what kind of person we have at our hotel.

Sandy thinks for a moment. She doesn't really have any embarrassing pictures on her phone. So she wasn't really scared of what they would see there. She just decides to sign the contract.

Jane: oke let me just sign this quickly too. Then can I have your pincode for your phone. You can whisper it in my ear if you like or write it down if you feel more safe that way.

Sandy just whispers into Jane her ear 7734

Jane just types it into the phone to check if it is correct.

Jane: oké then let's show you to your room...

She then walks up to the door out of the lobby and Sandy follows her.
