Not a person!
With all the people that she and Georgia knew, she didn't encounter a single one! Perhaps they were all busy with their own little problems with life.
"Okay, now to get in and get my body back before Georgia does something I'll regret." Texas says to herself as she approached the building. Find Georgia, nab her, and find that witch doctor so she can change them back. Or find April, fill her in on the whole situation, and find Georgia.
Texas peered inside the window carefully as to not alert anyone indoors. She saw April, sitting at her table. She was probably wondering where she was! Though, there's no guarantee Georgia wasn't already there as well. She knew the way to the sheriff's department as well as she did, thus she might have convinced April already.
