Your new last name is Haistings… you’re a direct descendant of Angelica Hastings herself. Your family is held in much higher regard than they were in your old timeline.
You discover you were basically queen of the school in high school, instead of the geeky nerd. The only thing about your old life that remains was Simon, who had been a fellow geek but was now the former head cheerleader for you high school.
The memories of high school entered your mind. Being poplar was arguably more an alien feeling to you than being what you once considered feminine. You had your posse of snobby boys, which strangely were a mix of your old friends and people who hated you.
You finish breakfast and head into your bathroom to get ready. You feel odd not having to shave your face but the urge to shave your body. It takes quite a while but by the time you exit the shower, your former tormentor, now one of your besties was already getting set up in your room.
“Hey boyfriend!” Michael said. “Time to get someone ready for his big day!”
You smile, the discomfort of being around him fading, the hate being replaced by thinking of him as almost like a brother.
“He Mikey… thanks for coming over” you say
“Any time… what are best friends for.” He says.
The idea the two of you are friendly still seems odd, but you give him a hug anyway. “Let’s get you ready.”
Within two hours, Michael has made you up. You look gorgeous.
Your hair is done up and your makeup looks like straight out of a magazine photo shoot. You remember that this version of Michael is a beauty vlogger and runs his own beauty parlor. You and the boys have spent many an hour getting your hair done and mani-pedies…
“Well, let’s get you dressed.” Michael says.
