Throw a rock to distract him

You grab a nearby rock and throw it as hard as you can in his direction. The rock lands and makes a small noise over in that direction. The zombie immediatly starts to walks towards the rock but stops where it landed. You swear again realizing that it is still in eye shot of you if you were to go through the door.

You muster the courage to run into the building. You sprint out of your cover and as expected he starts to shamble towards you. You run to the floor and easily make it, taunting him as you enter the building, before slamming the door shut behind you and locking it tight. You turn around and have a look at where you've just entered. The place seems empty of people and full of supplies. After taking your fill of food, you decide it's best for you to leave. But as you go for the door you remember that there is a zombie out there. You have to get out another way. You cautiously enter every room trying to find some sort of way out without alerting any unwanted attention. But as you enter the staff room your mind starts to wander. Suddenly, a hand shoots out from behind a sofa and firmly grabs your ankle. You yell in surprise and try to shake the arm off. The sofa lifts up and a muscular man crawls out.
