Try to reason with her mother

"I understand what's happening. It's the choker. It was controlling me yesterday, and I know what you're going through, but you have to fight it!" Cara looked her mother in the eyes, hoping to inspire some resistance. With her wrists and ankles tied there was nothing she could do to fight back. All she had now were her words.

Veronica looked away, breaking her eye contact and letting her arms fall to her side. "I'm sorry, Cara, but I can't. I'm scared."

"You have to resist!"

Veronica stood and stepped toward Cara's dresser. She opened the top drawer and pulled out a pair of pink panties. "I'm so, so sorry. It will kill me unless I do what it asks. Even now the choker's spirit is taunting me. It doesn't want me to hear your arguments anymore." Slowly and hesitantly she moved the panties closer and closer to Cara's mouth before shoving them in.

And with that, Cara was gagged by her own mother with a pair of pink lace panties. Even in her shame, Cara realized how truly and utterly bizarre the circumstances were.
