Lured in

It was a peaceful night in downtown Vale. Team Rwby was resupplying after another succesful mission

"Ruby you don't need another weapon you already have one!" Weiss chided her partner much like a parent would a child

"But i want it look at how cool it is!" Ruby argued back much like a child would woth a parent

Yang on her part just laughed at the argument having already gotten what she needed. Her partner Blake had stayed at the dorm to catch up on her reading which she insisted wasn't smut.

Yang gazed out the window and caught site of someone familiar walking by the weapons shop. Long black hair in a red outfit.

"Hey uh, head back to Beacon without me. Forgot I had to go do something"

Ruby and Weiss said something back but Yang didn't hear it she was too focused on the person she saw.

When Yang stepped outside the weapons shop and got a better look it was definitely who she thought it was.

"Hey!" Yang called out

The woman in red started running and Yang soon followed. Their chase went all around Vale through streets, back alleys, and rooftops but eventually it ended at an abandoned amusment park.

Due to the limited size of Vale this park was to be demolished and replaced with something more useful, at the current moment it was off limits but not to Yang and her target.

"Mom..." Yang solemnly called out
