Girls get it done!

With the new Pseudosect rapidly approaching, Captain Maynard directed her team. Captain Jun had reported the creature was immune to most small arms fire, and they only managed to beat it by having a grenade shoved into its mouth. Feeling that lightning might strike twice, the Captain had Rebecca and Alexis hide on opposing sides of the door, while she and Olivia woukd stand against the wall on the other side of the room. The two of them would attract the Breakers attention and allow either Rebecca or Alexis to get the grenade in its mouth. Afterwards, they would have to make a hasty escape, as the explosion woukd surely attract more foes.

As the soldiers got into their positions, Julie was awkwardly standing there, pistol in hand. She hesitantly spoke up, "Captain... what should I do?"

Captain Maynard turned to her and frowned. "I need you to hide in the other room, if things go south... You might be able to escape while it is distracted."

Rebecca heard that and scoffed loudly. "You mean while its busy **** us, right Captain?" For that comment she earned another smack across the head from Alexis.

Julie ignored her. "But Captain, I can fight too! I might be able to help!"

But the Captain shook her head. "No, let us handle this, you said you were part of the team so you have to follow orders. Now get in that room! I dont have time to argue." Not waiting for a response, she got into position next to Olivia, her **** rifle raised and ready. Defeated by the Captains logic, Julie obeyed her orders, hiding herself in the other room. By then the Breaker had reached the safe house door and began to smash against it.

The door held firm, but the Pseudosect was too strong and eventually the door broke down, hitting the floor with a thud. Behind the wrecked doorframe stood a large creature with a large body, almost like a tortoise but with a chitinous exoskeleton instead of a shell, standing on four pointed legs like those of a spider. It's head was just one large gapping maw, yet it lacked any teeth, with two pairs of unblinking glassy eyes. Next to where it's head was were two crab like claws thay were so big they could be used as shields.

Upon seeing the creature Captain Maynard and Olivia both opened fire, the clatter of their **** rifles filling the room. Their bullets proved to be innefective as the Breaker lifted its two claws, protecting its **** face. It began to make this disturbing gurgling noise, which the ladies thought sounded like laughter, but they kept firing. Alexis and Rebecca went unnoticed as the Breaker lumbered into the room, and once it had past them Alexis was the first to act.

She rushed in, jumping on top of the creatures back with a grenade in hand. Seeing this, Captain Maynard and Olivia ceased firing, but kept their trigger fingers ready. Feeling the woman on its back, the Pseudosect roared, numerous tentacles bursting out of its mouth to grab at Alexis. Caught by surprise she was unable to avoid them, and she was swiftly restrained by them. The Breaker lifted Alexis in front of itself, with Olivia and the Captain unable to shoot with her in the way. It began to emit its creepy laugh, but it was unaware of the fiery redhead lurking...

"Hey limp dick!" Rebecca jumped out, combat knife in one hand, and slashed the tentacles restraining Alexis. The Breaker howled in pain which gave Rebecca the perfect oppurtunity. "Bottoms up!" She yelled as she shoved the primed grenade in its mouth, grabbed Alexis and then jumped to the side. Unaware of what it swallowed the Breaker roared as it went to stomp forward and crush the two girls in anger, but shortly afterwards its front end exploded. What was left of the Breaker hit the ground with a thud, its legs twitching for a bit, then going still.

Everyone was silent for a moment, then Rebecca jumped up and gave a whoop. "Hell yeah! Take that you stupid bug fucker, humanity kicks ass!"

"Nice work ladies, now lets get our gear together and get the hell out of here before more Pseudosects show up. " Captain Maynard wa spleased at her teams efforts, but was eager to move on. That explosion wasn't too loud, but chances are other Pseudosects would hear it and come to investigate.

Julie came out of the room, yelping at the sight of the Breaker corpse. She imagined what would have happened if she had stayed here alone, that thing would have easily caught her and pumped her full of eggs. Thankfully she had Captain Maynard and her team, they were easily able to dispatch such a large creature! With new found confidence, Julie joined the rest of the team and helped pack the last of their gear before heading out. They could not stay too long, as the longer they waited their chances of getting attacked increased
