Wakes up

Lauren lunged awake in her bed with a gasp. She was breathing rapidly, her body covered with a gloss of sweat. She looked around. Oh thank god, she was in bed! It had just been a dream! Still, she couldn't shake the feeling of shame and humiliation, or the vision of all those laughing faces...

Groggily, Lauren rose from the bed. She was startled to see she was naked! Oh, that's right. She'd gone to bed nude, after everyone at her apartment complex, not to mention her mom, sister and step-father! She wished she could dismiss that all as a dream as well, but her nudity told her it was all too real.

Uncomfortable being naked, not even in the privacy of her apartment, Lauren hurried to the closet. Unfortunately, it was empty.

This wasn't very surprising. Lauren hadn't lived here for years, and had taken most of her clothes when she left. Her mother mentioned getting something for Lauren to wear from the attic. Lauren decided she needed to ask her mother for those clothes. It was that or sit around naked and see what happened! Unfortunately, this meant living the privacy of this room... naked!
