Everywhere hurt. My whole body stang and ached and I felt completely exhausted.

They threatened, beat and **** me. I could barely think straight at this point. My eyes were heavy but I tried to open them. I managed to open them enough to peer out at the room but my vision was hazy. I tried to lift up but my hands were cuffed behind me as I sat on a chair in a dark secluded concrete room with no windows. Suddenly, a feeling of a bunch of water being dumped over my head making me jolt up and gasp in surprise from how icy cold the water was. My eyes opened fully. I winced and looked up to see a few officers staring down at me.

I was woken up by being splashed with cold water.

"No dozing off." the man said, making me turn to him.

I tried to struggle against my bonds, tugging and shaking about on them to no avail. The officer sighed as he watched my vain struggle.

"You still don't get it, do you?" he slowly lurched forward and raised his foot back before slamming it up my stomach. "Give up it!"

Pain erupted over me as I was sent crashing onto the floor, breaking the chair. His foot rested against my head to keep it on the floor.

"Come on, cooperate. Or what, you want another shot?" he smirked down at me.

I slowly cast my eyes towards the CCTV camera above the floor. The officer slowly turned to it, tasing an eyebrow.

"Huh? What about the camera?"

He removed his foot from my head.

"Are you thinking it can be used as video evidence?"

He grasped my hair and lifted my head up to forcibly meet his. I just averted my eyes and kept quite as I knew what the answer would be didn't want to waste to breath. He sighed and threw my head onto the floor.

"Didn't you hear my question? Answer!"

He kicked my stomach again. I shrieked in pain. He grabbed a clipboard from another officer.

"Obstruction of justice, ****, defamation, possession of weapons... Manslaughter too, yeah? Talk about the works. To think that all those crimes were led by a punk like this. And you seemed to be enjoying every second of it? Huh?"

I was enjoying it? Everything was hazy, I couldn't remember.

"You should know your place."

The other man removed my handcuffs. The first man held down the clipboard in front of me, gesturing towards the bottom.

"Sign here," he said. "It's a confession under your name."

I just looked at it and lowly pushed it away.

"No way." I said.

"I need your hand to sigh this but..." he suddenly slammed his foot down on my thigh.

I cried out in pain as he applied more pressure.

"I don't care if you end up losing a leg."

He removed his foot. He then hovered the clipboard in front of me again. I took it in my hand as he held out a pen.

He handed me a pen.

"Don't expect to walk out of here in one piece." his tone radiated menace. "We're going to make you understand. One must take full responsibly for their actions."

I took there pen from his grasp, looking at the bottom of the sheet, the line waiting for my name. A confession. It's all wrong as usual. I slowly signed my name on the line.

"Jane Doe".

Situations like this had become a regular occurrence at this point so it should have been a walk in the park at this point. I was sat at a table. I heard a large metallic door to the cell open and a voice calling to me. Later, I was visited by a woman with long silver hair and a business suit that looked like something a lawyer would wear, Sae Nijima.

"I didn't expect it'd be you," she said. "You'll be answering my questions this time."

I just nodded slowly as she looked to the floor where the syringe was.

"Those bastards," she leaned in close to me. "Can you hear me? It's seems you've been through a lot. Almost anything can happen here and I can't stop them."

"That's an understatement." I mumbled tiredly.

"That's why I need you to answer me honestly. I don't have much time either," she said, bluntly.

I must remember.

"What was your objective? Why did you cause such a major incident? I didn't think it was a prank from the get-go but I couldn't assemble a case for prosecution. It's because I couldn't figure out the method behind it."

"Of those you couldn't figure it out," I said. "Why do you even want to know? Is it just something to be used against me?"

She shook her head, dismissively.

"This isn't an issue of whether or not it can be used in court. I need to know. I need to know. This is my case after all. At least it seems you're coherent."

Barely.

"I look that bad, huh?" I asked.

She sighed before continuing, "When and where did you find out about that world? How it it even possible to steal another's heart? Now, tell me your account of everything. Start from the very beginning."

"The beginning..." I gave a slow nod. "Okay, I'll tell you everything."

However, a blue butterfly suddenly floated around as the room went dark around me. It spoke in a soft feminine voice.

"You are held captive. A prisoner of fate to a future that has been sealed in advance. This is truly an unjust game. Your chances of winning are almost none. But if my voice is reaching you, there may yet be a possibly open to you. I beg you. Please overcome this game and save the world. The key to victory leis within the memories of your bonds, the truth that you and your friends gasped. It all began that day, when the game was started half a year ago. For the sake of your world's future as well as your own, you must remember."

What's next?
