Before she chooses, she runs into someone familiar

As Isabel walked down the sidewalk, she kept looking around for perfect girl to be her first victim. She saw plenty of girls how would make great targets for humiliation. 18 year old with a mermaid costume. A shy looking red-haired girl dressed as batgirl. An asian girl dressed as a pirate. A group of girls dresses as sexy Swat officers. All of them are perfect girls to strip of their costume. If she crossed them again, she probably would strip them. But she wanted her first victim to be special. One of a kind. She wants it to be memorable as she strips her first victim naked and watches act embarrassed.

While Isabel kept looking for the perfect girl to be her first victim, she bumped into someone. She looked to see who it was and saw it was...
