Becky finds her answers.

Dakota kai shifted uncomfortably in the driver seat as she waited on Tegan.

across the street she could hear Tegan and Sarah screaming at the top of their lungs, a high pitched babble of angry voices.

Dakota felt responsible for this. even though Tegan had assured her before hand it was her own fault for giving in.

listening to them scream for hours didn't make her feel any better.

the front door slammed and Dakota saw Tegan hurriedly walking to the car.

a pretty blonde girl, face contorted in rage and grief came to the door and hurled something at Tegan as she hurried down the walk to the car.

she slammed the door shut.

Tegan herself was crying hard, her face contorted and pinched, tears streaming down her face.

Dakota had never wanted to be a home wrecker.

Tegan opened the door and threw herself in.

"drive! DRIVE!" Tegan shrieked angrily before she was even buckled in.

Dakota floored it as Tegan buried her face in her hands, wailing in agony.

Dakota both tried to comfort her and give her space, unsure which Tegan needed more.

after they had been driving a while Tegan stopped wailing and just sniffled and sobbed quietly.

finally Dakota pulled over and just held her while she cried.

in bits and pieces Dakota gathered that Tegan and Sarah st Pierre were done.

Sarah wouldn't forgive her this time and had thrown her out.

Tegan with no where else to go, would stay with Dakota.

Dakota kissed her on the head, holding her tight.

"it's alright Tegan. I'm here for you. I'm here."

Becky was sitting on the porch at home drinking.

without Kaylee she didn't care.

"hell, I could have all the championships an' it wouldn't matter" Becky slurred.

"none o' it matters. not without Kaylee."

Becky took a swig of whiskey. it splattered on her white tank top.

Becky ignored it.

"I could be universal champ if I wanted Ta be....I could beat Roman. Roman's a bitch. but I gotta let the boys have somethin' "

Becky rambled drunkenly.

a few minutes later Shotzi drove up in her tank.

she hopped out and hurried up to her.

"Becky! I've been texting you all day!"

"oh izzat what that Buzzin'woz?"

"god your plastered!" Shotzi muttered.

slipping an arm under Becky's shoulder Shotzi helped her stand.

"whoa am I floatin'? I didn't I Know I could do that." Becky mumbled.

"the man has many abilities some would consider unnatural."

she looked at Shotzi. "do ya know that, shozzy?"

Shotzi flinched,

Becky's breath reeked of booze.

Shotzi turned the shower on as cold as she could get it and shoved her in.

"wooh!" Becky shrieked as Shotzi held her under the freezing water.

Becky shivered and shook under the freezing water, blinking rapidly for several minutes.

"oh..ok-kk-kay sh-shotzi! I'm back!"

Shotzi turned the water off and helped her dry off and chang into dry clothes.

"Becky we were getting WORRIED."

Becky sighed.

"Sorry Shotzi. but with out Kaylee..."

"Becky, Kaylee didn't LEAVE you as in for good. she just wanted some time to think." Shotzi tried to explain,

"how do ya know?" Becky asked,

"I bet Kay lee went back ta Scotland and met some tall dashin'-"

"I shoulda' known ye'd get good an' blootered as soon as I left!"

Becky looked up.

there standing in the doorway wearing jeans, a black tee and a flannel shirt, was Kay lee ray.

"Kay lee!" Becky ran to her and threw her arms around her.

"well I 'll just wait here." Shotzi said feeling forgotten.

she had been texting Becky to TELL her Kaylee was coming.

Becky kissed her passionately, hugging Kaylee tight.

"I thought ye left me!" Becky whispered, tears trickling down her cheeks.

"nae Becky. I told ye I wanted te think. Dinnae you read my letter?"

Becky gazed into those ice blue eyes.

Kaylee met her eyes as she clasped Becky's fingers in her own.

"YES." Kay lee said softly as their lips met.

Becky felt Kay lee's need in the way she kissed her, long and deep, their tongues gently caressing.

finally their lips parted wetly.

"I dinnae have any french fries so this'll have te do." Kaylee said with a mischievous smile.

Becky looked down,

and saw a ring on her finger.

"KAY LEE! " Becky sobbed as their mouths met with renewed passion. Becky hugged her tight, silent tears rolling down her face.

Shotzi smiled and wiped her eyes.

after more crying and kissing they remembered she was there.

Kaylee hugged Shotzi.

"would ye like ta be our maid o' honor?"

Shotzi grinned.

"I'd LOVE to."

Becky smiled.

she felt whole in a way she never had before.

Becky admired the ornate silver ring on her finger.

"let's spread the news then!"
