Dungeon of Lust

We ran to a stream with metal cages in the water.

"Can we really get across?" asked Sakamoto. "On the other hand, there's nowhere else we can try. Alright, let's get to hopping."

We got over the metal cages to the other end of the stream before slipping into an open cell where we found a hole in the wall to crawl through. On the other end, we ran across a drawbridge. There were no guards around as far as I could tell, we we kept sprinting.

"Hey, we gotta hide!" said Sakamoto.

We hid behind some crates as two guards ran past on the other end of the moat.

"Over there, they're looking for us, right?" asked Sakamoto. "I ain't playing along with this anymore! We gotta find a way outta this goddamn place!"

"I think I see a stairway up ahead." I said.

We ran up the stairwell to find... another level of the dungeon. It seemed we still had quite a long way to go to find an exit.

"Dude, you gotta be joking. This place ain't the exit!? What the hell is this place!?" Sakamoto cried out in frustration.

"Should have figured this wouldn't be easy." I muttered.

"Hey, look."

I turned my attention to some cages suspended above the water with iron masked prisoners trapped within wearing Shujin uniforms like us. It could easily have been us if we didn't escape.

"We really did hear people screaming," said Sakamoto. "So we ain't the only ones who got captured! Are they okay?"

We found a drawbridge that was raised up with a statue of Kamoshida's head.

"Well, that's not vain at all." I muttered.

"Another dead end?" asked Sakamoto. "Dammit! How the hell're we supposed to get outta here!?"

"Hey, you there." said an unknown voice. "Blondie! Frizzy hair! Look over here!"

We found in one of the cells what looked like a bipedal cartoon cat with it's odd design consisting of a large head with big cat ears, black fur on the top half of it's face and white on the bottom, a yellow scarf round it's neck and a tool belt round it's waist. The rest of it's body had black fur save for the white tips on it's hands, feet and tail.

"What is that thing!?" Sakamoto asked.

Am I going to have to kill it?

"You're not soldiers of this castle, right!?" asked the strange creature. "Get me out of here! Look, the key's right there!"

"We're trying to get the hell outta here! I mean, you obviously look like an enemy too!"

"I'm locked up here, so how can I be your enemy!? Help me out!"

"A cat?" I asked.

"I am NOT a cat! Say that again and I'll make you regret it!" the cat thing exclaimed angrily.

"They're catching up, already!" said Sakamoto. "Shit, there's still no service. Ain't there anyway to contact someone outside!? How the hell do we get out!?"

"Hey, you two! You want to know where the exit is? Let me out and I'll take you there. You don't want to get caught and executed, right?"

"You better not be lying." I said.

"I'm not lying! It's the truth!"

"This thing sounds like it's all talk." said Sakamoto.

"If you guys think you can get out on your own, then be my guest!"

"What do we do? Are you seriously not messing with us!?"

"If you don't hurry, they'll catch you," the creature stated.

"Let's release the cat and get out of here," I said. "But you better get us out of here as soon as we set you free."

If it was lying, I could just kill it.

"Fine." said Sakamoto.

I grabbed the key the creature and pointed towards and unlocked the door.

"Ahhhh, freedom tastes so great," the creature said, stepping out of it's cell.

"Now there's the exit, you monster cat!?" asked Sakamoto.

"Don't call me a cat! I am Morgana!" the apparent not-cat said in a haughty tone.

"Shuddup and hurry it up! You wanna be locked up again!?"

"Alright, sheesh! Follow me and stay quiet"
