Helen wants Adam to read the spell too.

"Well, I did think about that!" Helen laughed as she floated around her boyfriend. "But why don't you cast the spell too? We can both be ghosts then and find someone to possess and mess with."

Adam made a small sigh of relief and nodded at his ghostly girlfriend. "I can do that," Adam agreed. He looked over the spellbook and recited the spell in his head a few times. Not wanting to collapse onto the floor with no-one to catch him, Adam brought over another chair to sit on. His heart rate beginning to quicken, Adam read the spell out loud.

Just as had happened when Helen cast the spell, the room began to darken, but this time he felt a rushing sensation. After a few seconds the room had returned to normal. Adam went to get up to turn and see Helen, when he felt his body begin to lose all weight.

"Wow, this is weird," Adam declared as his spirit pulled away from his body.

"It sure is!" Helen chuckled, still floating around the room. "Come on, let's try this power out properly." Before Adam could respond, Helen had shot upwards through the ceiling. He quickly followed though he closed his eyes and hoped he didn't crash into the roof of their house. To their delight, Helen and Adam were now swooping up and above their street and entire town.

"So this is what it's like to be a bird!" Helen said as she flew away from home and towards the centre of town.

"I guess," Adam replied, trying his best to keep up. "But it's weird not feeling anything. I thought we'd feel the air rushing past, but I can't feel anything."

"Well that's because we don't have any bodies, duh. Come on, let's go find somebody to possess." Helen swooped down closer to the various rooftops of the high street that led to the town's main shopping centre. There were at least several dozen or so people in view all going about their day, unaware of Helen and Adam's spirits floating above. Helen stopped and allowed Adam to catch up, her ghostly feet dangling into the branches of a tree.

"So are we going to possess a couple and see what it's like in their bodies then?" Adam asked. He had caught up to his girlfriend and was floating by her side. Unlike Helen, he was careful not to let his spirit pass into the tree.

"I guess," Helen said, not sounding too enthused. "Or! Why don't we find two random people and have a little fun with them together? We could do a little matchmaking via possession!"

Though Adam couldn't really see Helen's face, he could tell from her tone that she was eager to do something less conventional. He wasn't so sure if they should be messing with people's lives too much when they barely knew how these powers worked.
