Court Time.

A day had passed and Jillian was brought from the Jail to court dressed in her orange jumpsuit and orange flip flops. She was secured with transportation cuffs on her wrists, ankles and a wide belt around her waist. She stood next to her attorney with an expressionless look but was smiling inwardly as the Judge took his seat. The district attorney stood up "Anthony Disouza for the people your honour" and then Jillian's attorney stood up " Maria Garcia for the defendant your honour". The judge invited the DA to put his case." Your honour the defendant Ms Jillian Frost was arrested for ****, resisting arrest and trying to escape lawful detention. We believe that the defendant is a flight risk and a danger to the public and request pretrial confinement." With that, the DA sat down. The judge looked at Maria and asked if she had anyone objections to the request and she stood up" Your honour the defence has no objection to the request for pre-trial confinement." The judge looked at his calendar and then stated that the trial would commence in four weeks and ordered the defendant to be confined in the state penitentiary until her trial date. Jillian was escorted from the courtroom and from her seat in the back of the court, Katherine rose to leave but was stopped by Maria who told her that her sister requested she visit her. Katherine thought about this request then agreed and followed the lawyer to the holding room.

Katherine was so distracted when she entered she failed to notice that the red light on the camera was not blinking meaning it was off. There she saw her sister sitting cuffed to the table."What do you want? Jillian" Jillian looked up and smirked as unnoticed she slipped her cuffs and lunged at Katherine catching her off guard. and slammed her into the back wall. Dazed Katherine lost her footing as Jillian moved behind her applying a chokehold until Katherine passed out on the floor. Jillian opened the briefcase left behind by Maria and took out the gag and walked over to her sister and pushed the big ball into her mouth and secured it behind her head. Then she stripped her sister's uniform from her body along with her expensive underwear leaving her naked. Then she stripped out of her orange jumpsuit and flip flops then her white bra and panties and redressed Katherine until she looked like the prisoner she now was. She lifted her sister into the chair and went about securing her with the cuffs. She first put the belt around her sister's waist and locked the buckle out of reach. Next came the wrists which, were locked in the cuffs and a cage added then secured to the front of the belt. Next Katherine's ankles were secured with a small hobble chain connecting them. She then connected a longer, chain from the ankles to the belt meaning Katherine would have to take smaller steps. The final touch was to pull down a spit hood over Katherine's head further hiding her features from the guards who would transport her.

Jillian then dressed in Katherine's uniform and buzzed the officer outside to open the door. Just as this was happening the red light on the camera started to flicker. Jillian told the officer that she had been **** to gag the prisoner after she got mad and he should advise the guards that her sister would claim she was the chief of police. The officer watched as Maria retrieved her briefcase and she and Jillian left the room and headed out of the courtroom to a waiting car. The prison transport duly arrived and the guards entered the room and found Katherine just starting to come round then lifted her from the chair and fro marching her from the room to the van. The officer handed one of the guards the doctored file that he was oblivious of and watched as Katherine was secured in the van struggling. Back at police headquarters, a certain secretary was playing with the Inmate and human resource files switching out the fingerprint records in the system. The only other thing she had to do was switch the physical print cards down in HR and the holding area then the switch would be complete. The van drove watched by Maria and Jillian and Maria said four weeks from now she was going to lose her first case and they both laughed.
