Tanjiro and Megumi

Megumi was a lower demon though she had enough strength to overpower a human. She was weaker than her master though, not the Demon King, but the leader who'd ever so kindly walked her through the process of... Whatever this pleasent, almost empty, feeling was. She was happy to help another feel this great joy that her master had brought her. She would gently cling to the boy's arm, making sure to not overdo it with her demon strength but be firm enough that she could easily lead him around without him suddenly stopping. Everyone in the village had homes, some of them were shared but since Demons were special, they had a special home. Deep under house that her master lived in, was a small cave system with homes which is where the demons lived protected from the sun and away from the humans where they might feel their violent urges start to take over, her master was so thoughtful!

Megumi would lead the boy down the path into the cave, eventually arriving upon one of five houses down there. There were one for each two demons, then the biggest was a second home for the master in case of emergencies like his main home had sun shining in. Megumi would greet her roommate, Naomi, as she'd entered with the boy.

"Awwww... How come the master is having you do this?" Naomi would be more than a little jealous that Megumi would get trusted with such a task, pouting and crossing her arms. "That's just cause you're too young and inexperienced, I've been a demon for far longer than you have and I've been with the master for longer as well. It's only natural that he'd trust me more." Megumi would teasingly stick her tongue out at Naomi, who'd just frown and go elsewhere for the time being.

"Hehe... Well, now that she's gone... We can get down to giving you your... warm welcome~."
