Chapter 3 by Pimpslayer Pimpslayer

Who does she find?

A Demon Slayer... but a prettier one

Maki bumped in to a girl, seemingly 18. The girl was shorter than Maki, her hair was black, tied into a ponytail, and held together with a pink and green butterfly hairpin (or clip, Maki never really saw the difference). In addition, her eyes were a light purple color, her uniform had a skirt instead of the leggings they usually wore, high white boots instead of the sandals, and a white cloak instead of a haori. Overall... she was much prettier compared to other Demon Slayers, and as such, more interesting for Maki. As the girl turned to see who bumped into her, she didn't speak or say anything of note, a very odd reaction. So much so, Maki thought she had been using her Blood Demon Art... but she wasn't, and the girl seemingly knew that she was a demon. A weak one at that. She instantly gripped her blade, attempting to pull it out and strike at Maki, to slay the demon that poses a threat to humanity.

But alas, this girl was too slow. Maki instinctively activated her Blood Demon Art, and the girl suddenly stopped what she was doing, incredibly confused by what she was going to do previously, and promptly turned to leave. Oh how humorous, but interesting as well, as it seems as though the girl had no actual social skills to properly communicate or express emotions... a kind of turn on for Maki, if not made obvious enough by the fact that she loves to pleasure herself in public when people are unaware or indifferent to it. Maki put a hand on the girl's shoulder, effectively stopping her from leaving.

"Don't leave now, stay here. Let's talk with each other, shall we?"

Maki asked, as the girl stopped moving to turn back and look at her. As she only viewed Maki as a normal person, she had no reason to fight or speak against her, instead she pulled out a coin and flipped it, eventually landing on tails, and her response was... nothing. Dead silence. Maki studied that little interaction, coming to the conclusion that she probably flips the coin to decide on whether or not to talk... would make sense given everything else that happened.

"Oh... well, it's normal to speak when spoken to, it's how normal people talk to each other. Now, what's your name?"

This single sentence seemingly sent a wave of surprise that broke the girl out of her emotionless state, as she seemed confused for a moment before replying in a blank tone.

"My name... is Kanao Tsuyuri, I apologize for what happened earlier..."

Oh the things to come...

What will come?
