Returning home, for some private time...

Eventually, the girls drifted off into other conversations, thankfully giving Kyle some reprieve from the suggestions for his upcoming date with Greg, with Kyle nodding and giving required murmurs whenever he was asked a question. While Darla was off giving an anecdote about a cute guy she’d seen while out to dinner with her grandparents, Kyle heard MARCI’s voice, keyed into a frequency that only he could hear.

“Mistress, I advise that you return home as soon as possible.” MARCI stated.

“What? Why?” Kyle asked.

“Why didn’t I ask him out? Cause I was with my grandparents, that’d be totally lame!” Darla interjected, believing Kyle’s comment was directed at her. “Anyway…”

Darla returned to telling her story and Kyle turned away and whispered as low as he could.

“Why do I need to go home?” Kyle knew to mistrust MARCI, particularly whenever she ‘advised’ anything. As much as he’d prefer to be home, MARCI wanting it has a different connotation.

“In order to ensure that you’re properly prepared for tomorrow’s activities, you will need assistance.” MARCI said.

“What type of assistance?” Kyle whispered, keeping an eye to make sure the girls didn’t notice.

“I advise that you return home as soon as possible, Mistress.” MARCI repeated.

Right, of course MARCI wasn’t going to be forthcoming with him. But Kyle had an idea of what MARCI might want to provide “assistance” with, remembering the earlier conversation and the item that now rested in his purse… THE purse. Kyle was having trouble keeping those straight the more that he was **** to pretend to be “Kylie”.

“No chance, you metal bitch…” Kyle muttered.

“If you don’t return home, you will be impeding your goals and I will be **** to take corrective action.” MARCI said.

“Oh no…” Kyle whispered as the screeching noise started again. Kyle clutched his head as the girls now noticed that Kylie was in pain.

“Kylie? Are you okay?” Melissa asked.

“Is that the same thing that happened to you back at the gym yesterday?” Robin asked.

“I… I’m fine.” Kyle said as the sound subsided. “Just a bit of a migraine.”

“Are you sure?” Darla asked.

“Yeah, don’t worry about me, I’m just gonna head home.” Kyle said, not wanting to incur MARCI’s wrath once more.

“You sure you don’t just want to pop a painkiller here?” Melissa asked. “We can turn down the lights if you want and you can lay down in my bed.”

“No, MARCI probably has stronger stuff anyway.” Kyle replied.

“Aw, okay…” Darla sighed.

“Don’t forget, tomorrow we’re skipping the gym so we can spend the whole day getting you ready for your date!” Melissa said. “We’ll be over at noon, kay?”

And there was another chime from MARCI!

“Okay.” Kyle said, grabbing the purse and the bag from the spa before rushing out of the room.

More than anything, Kyle wanted to run away, to attempt escape from MARCI’s influence, but if MARCI can bring him to his knees with just a sound, there wasn’t much point in trying anything. Sadly, Kyle trudged back down the street to the mansion and opened the front door.

MARCI’s appendages immediately sprang forth and retrieved the purse and bag from the spa from Kyle’s hands and dragged it upstairs, while Kyle began walking upstairs, unassisted. As he entered the bedroom, he heard MARCI greet him.

“Welcome home, mistress. Preparations have been made and I am ready to assist you.” MARCI said.

Kyle braced as the appendages grabbed him and started to prepare him for what was about to come, and out of the corner of his eye he saw a familiar pink shape being prepared as well.
