Simply write something down on a piece of paper and whatever was written will become true. For example, if you write "I have big tits" on a paper, then suddenly you'll have big tits! And everyone except for whoever wrote the change down will think that's how it's always been. Only the user will remember any changes unless specifically written otherwise. Be careful not to change too much about who you are though, any mental change made could cause you to forget how you once were, leaving you changed forever!
