Helen first decided to read the paper that was in the bottle along with the pills.

WARNING #1: ONLY TAKE WHEN ABOUT TO GO TO BED!!! Due to the often-traumatic experiences from the process, a powerful sleeping agent was added. This will allow the body to adapt while leaving the mind mainly unaffected; varying dreams have been reported.

WARNING #2: ALLOW A GOOD TIME OF SOCIAL ISOLATION AFTER TAKING THE PILL!!! You will need time to adjust to the changes while coming up with reasonable excuses.

Well, I have some time, Helen thought, remembering that it's Friday afternoon. And with my latest romantic fiasco, I have a viable excuse for my friends to leave me alone for a while.

With that, she left to take the shower, not noticing the back of the paper.
