A surprising turn of events.

I sat next to Etna on the bed. "Etna...? You okay?" I asked cautiously. I suppose it was a stupid question, all things considered, but what other question could I ask? Outside of asking if she was okay, what could I say? Comment about the weather?

I expected an explosion of rage. Blaming me for the whole thing. I had developed the point system...gave them the right to choose their prize...I gave Cammi everything she needed for this trap without meaning to. ...well, not the bed, giant vibrator, handcuffs, and candles...I don't know WHERE she got them.

Instead, Etna tucked her legs up, resting her chin on her knees. "...I couldn't do a thing..." she whispered. I blinked in surprise. "What?" Her crimson eyes turned to me and looked...wet. Was she actually going to cry? I think the only time that happened was when Flonne was turned into a flower.

"You were getting fucking **** by a crazed Prinny and I couldn't do anything!" Etna snapped. "I wasn't just helplessly watching, I was fucking CUMMING while it was happening! While you were getting violated, I was climaxing like a whore!" Tears were definitely in her eyes now. She wiped her face with the back of her hand. "I want to hate her...but I could have stopped it if I had acted faster. I should have known the little sneak was up to something with that fucking bed!"

I moved to put an arm around her. "Etna, it's..." I began, only to be pushed away. The only reason I didn't fall was because Etna's tail regained life and wrapped around my wrist. "Don't touch me! ...you were supposed to be mine..." "I still am," I insisted. "Just like you're mine. You're not going to let some Prinny ruin everything, are you? We learned our lesson and I think Cammi did as well. I'm sure Abby and Bea are making her miserable as we speak."

Etna's wings twitched. Was I getting through to her?
