They get back home

Alexa was silent the whole way as Diane drove her back to the house. Michelle had explained that she just shuttled around, so she joined Alexa in the back seat. Alexa’s phone was still going off as they made their way to Carol’s house.

As soon as they arrived home, Alexa raced up the stairs ready for whatever Mr Yawena was going to say to her. She shut the door behind her. Michelle and Diane exchanged a confused look.

Alexa opened her phone. Yawena had definitely been calling her…

And she was called again. Reluctantly she answered the phone.
