It's all good

With a soft chuckle Mai laid a single finger on my chest, idly drawing circles in my skin as she quietly spoke, "Sometimes a change is nice...or in this case incredible." I leaned in an gave Mai a soft kiss, a smile on my lips a I spoke, "I'm glad you enjoyed it." Shaking her head Mai pushed me away playfully, that spark still dancing in her eyes as she responded with an amused calm, "Now get out of here, if we keep going like this neither of us will get clean." I rolled my eyes but understood the sentiment, Mai was just too alluring for her own good if you were to ask me. With one last kiss I stepped out of the bath, toweled myself off, and allowed Mai to her own devices as I got dressed.

Soon enough, after dressing in a simple pair of pants and a t-shirt, I heard the door to the bathroom open, Mai's controlled and even toned voice echoing through the halls, "John, do you have any clothes I can wear?" It was at that moment that I didn't have anything for Mai to wear aside from her rumpled and sweaty robe and pants, most of my things would be far too large for her slim and lithe form.

Thinking for a moment I walked past the bathroom, calling out to Mai who kept the door closed, "I don't have anything in your size but I can improvise something." "Yes, yes," I heard call from inside the bathroom, her tone and curtness making me imagine she was waving a dismissive had at me, "Just hurry up, I'm getting cold." I chuckled and headed for my room, searching through my stocks of clothing for something that would fit her. Granted, I knew I had the bathing suit but still...I had a feeling that might be hard to explain away without there being a situation for its use.

Eventually I settled upon a pair of boxers and a slightly smaller shirt, something that would undoubtedly drape over her body but something none the less. With those supplies and a fresh roll of cloth bandages I salvaged from my first aid kit in the hall, I walked back to the bathroom and opened the door, "Here you go, I got your clothes." Before I could register Mai's naked body she had snatched the clothing away and turned me around, marching me out of the room with deliberate quickness. Once outside the bathroom the door was shut behind me, perhaps she was still shy about her body despite what had transpired not but a few short moments ago?

Considering that, I wondered what she would think of the boxers I had given her, they were quite short, especially considering the time period which she was from, so I very much doubt she would be instantly comfortable with it. Maybe I should start giving her an introduction to the "times" which she now lived in and the magical "television" that told us everything. However, as I was contemplating my next step with my Mai, I failed to notice the door behind my begin to open...
