Marco Polo!

"Marco!" Jonathan yelled out.

"Polo!" the girls responded in unison, some giggling.

Leah shrieked when he suddenly pounced at her. She tried to swim away but he grabbed her by the shoulders.

"Sorry," Jonathan apologized with a smirk. "Nothing personal."

The aerospace engineer sighed and climbed out of pool.

"Marco!" Jonathan yelled.

"Polo!" the girls cried out, a bit more worried after how fast he had caught Leah.

Jonathan paused to process which voices were closer and the sounds of splashing as the girls swam away to the best of their abilities. He yelled out "Marco!" again and when the girls responded with "Polo!" he lunged towards Allison, however, she dove under and away from him.

"Dammit!" he cursed. "Marco!"

"Polo!"

He turned and swam towards Zoe, who haplessly tried to paddle away while clinging to the side of the pool. The young computer science engineer was actually relieved she was caught and climbed out of the pool to join Leah.

"Marco!"

"Polo!"

Jonathan swam towards Jade and Crystal and yelled out "Marco!" again.

"Polo!" the girls replied back as they tried to swim away but he managed to grab Jade's ankle.

"Fuck!" Jade cursed while he immediately spun to try to go after her sister but without success.

"Four minutes!" Jen yelled out.

"Marco!" he called out again.

"Polo!" the remaining girls replied, some with giggles and some with panic, as he swam towards them like a hungry shark smelling blood in the water.

"Marco!" he repeated as he honed in on Hane, who dove to evade him only to feel his hand grab her left breast for a brief moment. After the two of them surfaced to gasp for breath, he apologized profusely but she just smiled, forgetting he had his eyes closed.

"Marco!"

"Polo!"

Natalie squealed as she desperately tried to get away but was easily caught by Jonathan.

"Marco!"

"Polo!"

Jonathan cornered Lauren who tried to dive below him but he dove down to block her, forcing her to surface.

"Marco," he grinned.

"Polo..." Lauren sighed and accepted her fate.

"Three minutes!" the bartender warned.

"Marco!"

"Polo!"

"Can we survive another three minutes" Amber asked her sister.

"We just need one of us left to win," Crystal replied.

"It's like watching an orca chase after a seal!" Amber gasped as they watched Jonathan swim towards Kaylee.

"Marco!" he shouted.

"Polo!"

"No, Jon!" Kaylee cried as he launched towards her.

"Two minutes!" the redhead hollered over the giggling and splashing as the remaining five girls had more space in the pool to swim around to try to evade Jonathan. The other girls cheered and shouted encouragement from the sidelines.

"Marco!"

"Polo!"

Jonathan heard Amber's voice and swam towards her, repeating "Marco!" like a bat would use echolocation to hunt down prey. Crystal swam closer to her sister to try to distract him but he was fixated on Amber.

"Marco!"

"Polo!" Amber slurred with mouthful of water as she tried in vain to swim away from Jonathan's grasp.

"Marco!" he yelled out to get his bearings after tagging her.

"Polo!" the four remaining girls responded.

"Marco!" he repeated so he could find his next target.

"Polo!" Crystal sputtered as she found herself being chased by Jonathan. She shrieked when he caught her, his hand inadvertently pawing at her ass.

"One minute!" Jen announced to the applause of the other nine girls, wrapped in towels. They cheered at Cindy, Eva, and Allison as they swam and dove to avoid Jonathan's relentless pursuit for the last minute of the game.
