A surprise

Before I can say anything Rayon orders for both of us and to my surprise it’s actually one of my favourites.

I look at Rayon questioningly after the waitress left “How did you know I would like that?”

“ A good man always knows what his women likes”

“I’m your women am I?”

“Yes you’re” he finishes off the sentence with a wink before having a sip of wine.

To my surprise it brought a smile to my face and I actually felt desired! I mean Tom was great at making me feel sexy and is a great boyfriend but our sex life has suffered because of his work but he’s doing it for us so I let it go usually.

After this me and Rayon had good small talk and I was actually beginning to like him, not in a romantic way but he was just easy to talk to. Is he actually a good man?

Before I could finish the question in my head our waitress gave us our lunch.

The rest of the lunch was uneventful and before I knew it, it was time to leave and it was starting to get darker.

Rayon paid the bill and held my hand as we walked out the restaurant. “Good girl” he whispered in my ear.

What am I doing? He didn’t even ask me to do that! It must be the wine.
