A Movie with Sister. Troubling thoughts.

Andrea and Akiko walked back to Andi's room together. Once there Andi grabbed some clothes from the closet, not yet wanting to get into sorting through all the new purchases and told Akiko she was going to jump into the shower quickly. After a fast shower, a little longer than his old fast showers, due to having longer hair and other things to care for. Slipping into a short nightgown as to be more comfortable, Andrea exits the bathroom to see Akiko dressed in a nightdress that she purchased at the lingerie shop.

"I asked Klaudia about staying here for the night since it's not a traditional hospital. I figured you could use and old-fashioned movie night like we used to," Akiko said.

Andrea tore his eyes from his sister's legs, "That actually sounds like fun, and I could use the touchstone to my past about now." Andrea walked over to the bad and grabbed the remote off the table. Andrea logged into his streaming account to find a movie for them. One thing that Andrea loved about Akiko was that she was a nerd, and proudly so. She may make her living as a model but that never changed who she was. Akiko climbed into the bed right next to Andrea, took the remote out of Andrea's hand and went right to the Sci-fi movies and shows. With a fake whine Andrea asked, "Why do you get to pick what we watch, I'm the one in the hospital?"

Akiko flashed a smug smile, "Because now that you're my little sister," she replied as she placed her arm around Andrea's shoulder in a hug, "your taste in movies and TV shows is about 20 years out of date. Going to have to show you some new stuff." Akiko flipped around for a few minutes on Netflix until she found Altered Carbon and started it up. "I love this show and so will you. I haven't steered you wrong yet have I?" she asked as she started to poke at her like siblings will do.

Andrea was laughing, trying to fight off Akiko's pokes as she found out this new body was actually ticklish is way he'd not been before the surgery, "Alright!! Alright, I surrender!!! You win, Akiko, you win!!! Please Stop!!!"

Akiko stopped poking but kept he arm over Andrea's shoulder and pulled her into a side hug, "I've missed getting to spend time with you Andi."

There they laid, cuddled up together sitting on the bed, just watching TV together for the rest of the evening as they drifted off into an exhausted sleep. Early the next morning Andrea was slowly waking up, and things felt different. She was sleeping on her side, yet the front of her body was extremely warm. There was something in her right hand that felt soft, warm and oddly familiar. Slowing coming more awake, Andrea felt something silky brushing across her face, the smell of cherry blossoms in her nose. That scent struck a chord in her memory and Andrea snapped fully awake to realize that she was currently spooning up behind his sister with her right hand gently holding onto her breast. Before releasing it from her hand, Andrea felt a rush or desire flow through her body. Andrea immediately released Akiko's breast, quickly climbing out of the bed. She grabbed clothes for the day and headed into the bathroom to get dressed.

Andrea slipped out of the room quietly, leaving Akiko asleep in the bed still as he headed for Klaudia's office. It was still early, but he really needed to speak with Klaudia about the conflicting emotions as well as the desire she felt for Akiko that morning. Andrea quickly knocked on the office door and waited.

Klaudia walked over and answered the door. Andrea was standing outside looking a little ragged compared to her normal control since waking and spending time with her, "Good Morning Andrea, are you alright?" she asked while stepping aside to allow Andrea to enter the office.

Andrea stepped into the office quickly, heading for a chair so she could talk without pacing around the office, "The truth is that I've been better. Before you start to worry too much Klaudia, it's more mental and emotional than physical otherwise I'd have asked to see one of the MDs." Taking a deep breath, then a few following that one, Andrea continued, "It's all related to why I asked to speak with you today regarding my experiences since I woke along with the trip out yesterday." Taking another breath, "The reason I'm a bit frazzled is related to all of that but was compounded when I woke up this morning."

Klaudia walked over, taking the seat directly across from Andrea, she said, "Okay, no matter what's happening, this is a safe place for you to speak of anything. Take your time and tell me what's worrying you?"

Andrea started slowly, talking about the initial stress of going through the change, even with the elation at being alive. His concern that someone so young had to give her life for his was something that still was there under it all. Andrea wouldn't want to be dead and intellectually accepted that nothing could have saved the donor, but intellect and guilt don't always align. Andi knew that over time it she would come to accept it. Then she went into the core of the remaining issues, explaining the desires and arousal she was feeling. That while her mind was that of a male, she had felt attraction and some arousal for some of the men she's met since the surgery. That was confusing because the body would react with arousal while his mind was shocked by this if not really disgusted by it. The confused emotions bothered Andi more than having the arousal and attraction in the first place. Andi talked about her attraction to a few of the women they spend the day with, even the initial physical reaction to Akiko's presence. Klaudia sat with Andrea just listening, letting her vent, letting her get out what she needed to. Andrea still looked tense, so Klaudia just waited silently, letting her take her own time to continue speaking. After a couple of minutes of silence, Andrea continued speaking, getting to the thing that bothered her the most.

"Last night, Akiko stayed with me, and we fell asleep while watching movies together," Andi said before continuing, "It was nice, we cuddled up, sitting while watching the movie, felt like when she was still a child, a little nostalgic. It was just comfortable, nice, just a touchstone to the past. The problem came from when I woke up this morning. Some point during the night, we wound up cuddling. I woke spooning Akiko, her back to me with my arms wrapped around her," Andi again taking a couple of deep breaths before continuing. "I had her pulled in tight against my body, my right-hand cupping, holding her breast. That was bad enough except that wasn't the end of it. I could blame spooning up to her and pulling her in tight down to **** actions while we slept. My issue is that I was fully awake and became aware I was holding her breast in my hand and felt a flush or arousal, desire and attraction rush through my core and it felt good. I felt like this about my sister," Andrea said as she hung her head, seemingly ashamed.

Klaudia reached forward, gripped Andrea's shoulder, "Andrea, you'll be alright. When we spoke before we briefly covered that your tastes, even attractions could change. It sounds like you are most definitely still attracted to women and may have some attraction to men. I'd suggest we find you a therapist to see once you're out of here, but until then I'll continue to be here and treat you. As for your reactions to Akiko, you aren't the 51-year-old man you once were, you are now an attractive young woman who, while mentally are her brother, aren't related to Akiko physically or genetically any longer. I'd also say, at least in theory, that Kayliegh may have been bi-sexual with a preference for women if your reactions to the people you've met are to be considered. My best advice for the situation with Akiko is to talk to her, tell her what's happening so you can approach your future together and not put the strain on the relationship by blocking her out. She's the first member of your family to be here for you and I can tell that she really does love you and wants to make sure you're taken care of."

They spent about 2 hours talking in Klaudia's office before Andi returned to her room.
