Katie makes a move

Over the years you have been around the house a lot when your sister has had her friends over, although you cannot remember a time like this, and you cannot remember Katie being as quiet as she has been tonight. Normally the one to call the shots in the group, she has let your sister order you around and has generally observed how your sister has gone about it.

As the night had progressed each girl was downing drinks while enjoying the show you were putting on for them, though unbeknownst to your sister Katie had been drinking fewer and fewer alcoholic beverages. Tamara had long since passed out on the couch. Your sister, not one to normally drink this hard, had started to feel ill, ran to the bathroom and threw up everywhere. You knew this meant you would have to be cleaning, but before you were able to do so, you were interrupted by Katie.

"Maid! Come here!" she ordered. You stopped walking towards the bathroom, turned and stood in front of Katie, curtsying as you did.

"Yes Mistress?" you ask as you await her request, though what comes next is not so much a request as a re-writing of your reality.

"You know, I've never liked your sister. I only let her spend time with me because I liked having people around me to make me feel better about myself, or order around in the case of Tamara there", she gestured at the passed out girl on the couch. "But with you, I think we can fill the position"

You continue to stand as she talks. "The truth is, you are in love with me and have always wanted my approval". Suddenly this was true, though she'd always been mean to you, you loved her and wanted her to like you. "You derive happiness and pleasure from doing as I tell you, anything I tell you to do you will do". You knew you would always do what she asked of you, she could tell you to walk down the street in nothing but a thong and you'd be the happiest person in the world.

Then came the big shift, "you live with me, and you have always lived with me. You have no siblings, and will forget about being the house maid here". Suddenly you couldn't remember the way home, but you knew you did not live here, and why are you wearing a sexy maid outfit? You're not a house maid.

Finally, she looks at you and says firmly "Everything I tell you is your truth"

You shake your head and try to make sense of everything, why are you in this house? Who lives here? Why do the photos on the wall look so similar to you?

"Katie, where are we? Are we going home soon?"

"Of course, let's go now" she says as she leads you out of the strange house
