Here's some old time characters, some might not be well known but are options still.

1. Rescue Rangers - Gadget Hackwrench; Genius Mouse and inventor. She made a contract while trying to sign up for a University Pen-pal set up but the application came to Cupid's Wish instead.
2. TaleSpin - Rebecca Cunningham - Buisness woman that works transport/shipping. Her contract was written up by herself on a rather lonely evening, though the prefered gender was left blank at the time.
3. Gargoyles - Elisa Maza - New York Police woman. Her contract came about as a prank/trick done by Puck.
4. Gargoyles- Demona - Human hating Gargoyle. Yet another contract set up by Puck's mischief.
