This imposter was right, you could give him that. You weren't just going to let him go with it. You knew that that was what he wanted, for you to go after him; but the other possibility terrified you. Him replacing one of your loved ones... you couldn't have that. This man as a psychopath; a sex offender and practically a murderer. There's no telling what he would do if he had free reign over someone's life. He could turn Clair into a stripper; Nick into a bank robber; Jimmy into a rapist; Jessica into a murderer; and so much worse... it was up to you to stop him, for their sakes. Even if it meant to put your life in danger.

Determined, you pick your phone right back up and open the video. If he was believed, there had to be a clue somewhere in there. For what feels like forever, you replay the video, going frame by frame, trying to analyze every bit of it. His expressions, the way he talks; you were creeped out by how closely those mimicked yours. It takes you over an hour before you realize how obvious the clue was.
