The rules

Rose went home that night with the naked tradition still strong in her mind. Her brain was swimming with thoughts, she couldn't decide how she should feel. Should she do it? Should she not? She decided to sleep on it, after all she had a week to make her decision.

The next day at work, Rose was still undecided, but had considered the idea enough to ask her coworkers for some more specifics.

During lunch, Rose found Chloe and Kim in the break room, and decided to join them to ask them some more questions about the naked tradition.

"So you're gonna do it, eh?" Chloe grinned, patting Rose on the back.

"I don't know! I'm still undecided. I just want some more details so I can make the best choice." Rose answered.

"Well, what do you want to know?"

"Oh, um, ok. I guess first of all, how 'naked' are we talking? Like does underwear count?"

Chloe and Kim both shook their heads.

"Of course not, don't you know what naked means? It means no clothes, zero! You gotta show everything: boobs, puss, and ass, the full monty!" Chloe answered. Rose figured that would be the case, but was still a bit in shock to hear it said out loud.

"Oh... ok. So I come to work and get naked, and stay that way the whole shift."

"Almost. You don't come to work, and then get naked. You get naked, then come to work. Basically, nobody should ever see you wearing clothes the whole day."

Rose gasped at that. Now she wouldn't just be naked at work, but on the way to and from work as well!

"That's... crazy. So I have to leave my house naked?"

"Uh, yeah, basically." Kim answered. Both her and Chloe knew that technically, she could just get undressed at any point before coming to work, but Rose didn't have to know that. Would make for a funnier experience, in their opinion.

"That's a lot to take in. I can't believe people would do that!" Rose exclaimed.

"But you are considering it, right?" Chloe asked. Rose blushed, but nodded slowly. "I think deep down, you know you want to do it. The fact you haven't said you won't yet says a lot."

Rose didn't know how to respond. She wanted to deny it, but she knew Chloe was right. Somehow, even after learning these new rules, she was even more intrigued. She couldn't believe she was actually considering it! Her two coworkers giggled, though. They smiled at each other, almost knowing that Rose was close to considering it.

"I don't know. I definitely need to think about it. Is there anything else I should know?" Rose asked.

The two thought for a minute, when Chloe gave a suggestion.

"While it's not a rule, it's a good idea to get over trying to protect your modesty. Seems like everyone tries to cover themselves at first, but it's just awkward and only gets in the way of your job. Plus, it's like, why even take part in the tradition and work naked, only to try and cover your nudity the whole time? It's easier for everyone and frankly less embarrassing to just let it all hang out, you know?"

Rose blushed even harder at that. She was imagining all of her coworkers, and countless customers looking at her completely naked body, totally exposed for everyone to see. It terrified her. But at the same time, there was something alluring about that scenario, and that feeling would only grow as Rose's birthday drew closer
