An Isekai

Which is Japanese for "Different world", or "Another world". This sort of thing happens in manga and anime when a character gets transported through some unknown means or for some unknown reason, typically through the loss of their life or some strange McGuffin.

When the main character gets teleported to another world, what weird, similar yet different changes will they find? How will they get back, or is this their permeant home for now on? Will they be OP or average in this place? And what is the deal with the diapers?
