Does he go straight there?
Yes but he gets stopped on the way
Lorenzo walked down the main road heading towards his school. Passing through the high street he looked for a potential stop to get lunch. Midway through the highstreet was a alleyway which eventually leads to the back of Lorenzo's school. Taking note of the time, he decided it would be best to pass thorugh the alley to ensure he arrived on time.
walking down the alley way he was taken aback by the foul stench of wee and body odour. Halfway down the alleyway he noticed a mass of blankets. as he walked past he was stopped in his tracks by a deep hoarse voice. "Got any spare change boy?" Lorenzo turned his head and was met by a large man rising from the blankets. Once the man was fully stood up he stood at what seemed to be 6'4 and seemed to be well built considering his homelessness. His clothes were well worn and ragged and a pungent smell emanated from his body. Lorenzo looked at the man and new he only had the £20 note. he couldnt give this to him otherwise he would have no lunch. Lorenzo opened his mouth to reply and his voice again cracked to a higher pitch tone. "Sorry I don't have any change." Lorenzo's face flushed red at the embarrassment of the voice that came out. the homeless man looks at Lorenzo's flushed face andc says, "sorry young lady I thought you were a boy. Do you have a cigarette then?"
Lorenzo to embarassed to correct the man didn't know how to respond. Should he give the man one of his mother's cigarettes or claim not to have any?
