She does notice

Goodwitch saw the hand go up almost immediately, walking across the room to RWBY's table.

"What is it?" she asked, sounding annoyed. However, with her stern demeanor, she always sounded annoyed. For all they knew, she could be ecstatic at her students asking her a question.

Blake steeled her nerves and showed the professor her lab work.

"We, uh...we're not entirely sure how this is supposed to work."

Glynda looked at their work for a few moments and then nodded.

"Well, if you look here..."

She then spent the next few minutes explaining it to them again, using different wording then she had at the start of the class. As she spoke, all four of the girls began to grasp the concept, nodding along as she went through it. Well, Ruby and Weiss understood what she was saying. Blake and Yang were both feeling incredibly turned on, being naked this close to the strictest teacher in the entire school. She dare not look at Yang to check, but Blake was certain her own nipples were hardening against the thin layer of paint covering her chest, making them stand out a bit. She took several slow, deep breaths, hoping to calm herself down.

"Thank you, professor," Blake said once she was done, giving a slight smile. "I think we understand it, now."

"Of course," Goodwitch nodded. However, she didn't turn away from RWBY for several moments. Instead, her face looked like she was trying to figure out a difficult math problem, looking back and forth between Blake and Yang.

"Uh...professor?" Yang asked, concern creeping into her voice. "I-is something wrong?"

Blake, as well, felt her anxiety going through the roof. And her worries were all but confirmed moments later.

"You two," Goodwitch said, barely containing her anger as she pointed to the bumblebee duo. "Out in the hall. Right now!"

The two of them quickly stood up, scurrying past their classmates and out the door. Goodwitch followed close behind them, slamming the door once she was out of the room.

Ruby and Weiss looked at each other, feeling guilty for somewhat being the cause of this.

"Do you think she'll kill them quickly?" Ruby whispered.

"Hard to say," Weiss responded, going back to the lab to take her mind off of the situation.

"You're naked?! In my classroom?"

Both Blake and Yang were looking down in shame as Goodwitch gave them a thorough tongue lashing over their antics.

"Technically, professor, this isn't your classroom. It's Professor Barr's," Yang said, looking up for a moment. "Plus, we're not totally naked."

Blake silently face-palmed at those words. Normally, she enjoyed Yang's childish insolence, but now was definitely not the time.

"Not another word out of you," Goodwitch said through gritted teeth. "I ought to throw you both out of this school this instant! This is completely inappropriate behavior!"

Yang retreated back into herself, both she and Blake falling silent at the barrage of words.

"Go back to your dorm," she said, gesturing down the hall. "I'll deal with you two later."

"Yes, ma'am," they both said quietly, shuffling down the hall as quickly as they could. Once they were around the corner, Blake looked over at her partner.

"You probably didn't help, with those comments."

"I know," Yang nodded, rubbing her forehead. "Sometimes, I just can't help it! It's like my mouth has a mind of its own."

"Well, regardless, Goodwitch is probably gonna report us to Ozpin. We'll almost certainly get detention, if not fully expelled."

Yang nodded again, staying silent for a few moments.

"It was pretty hot, though. Right?"

"Absolutely," Blake nodded. "Being completely helpless under her stern gaze. Knowing anyone else could walk by at any moment."

"And now not knowing how she'll punish us, later," Yang added. "Who knows? Maybe she'll have us take nudes for her enjoyment."

"That would be a serious breach of ethics."

"But think about how hot that'd be," Yang hummed, rubbing her boobs as her mind drifted. "The two of us completely at her mercy. Maybe she'd have us eat each other out for her amusement..."

Blake shook her head in disbelief, but found herself conjuring up the images as Yang described them. She had to admit, the thought was exciting...
