While Vanessa tried to figure out where to take her sister to shop for clothes, a group approached the pair.

"Vanessa?"

The sisters turned to see Dan, Britney, May and April. They were all from Lauren's grade. The girls Lauren knew as the bimbo squad. They were all varsity cheerleaders, all fit, tan and tall with curvy bodies. Lauren, always the envious sort, hated these popular and perfect girls and used her social standing to spread viscous rumors about them. Dan on the other hand, had been Lauren's crush for years. Both she and Britney competed for his affection for years. And they were all here... while Lauren looked like this! She gasped, cupping her chest with her free hand as tight as she could.

"Hey guys!" Vanessa said cheerily. "You all know my sister Lauren right?"

"Wait... that's Lauren?!" May exclaimed in shock. Everyone turned to look at Lauren. They didn't recognize her because Lauren looked totally different. First of all, none of them had ever seen Lauren without her heels, and she was much shorter then expected. Also, Lauren always wore the finest clothes, but at the moment she was wearing poofy blue shorts covered in kittens and a hot pink belly shirt.

Most shocking of all though was her body. Lauren only ever appeared in her padded bra and Spanx. Now, not only did she not have those things, she had just gotten plastic surgery reducing her chest and enlarging her ass! She was totally transformed from what they expected, and they all stared in shock...
