They revel in the joke.

Suddenly Xandra started to giggle.

"What is it?" asked Tara.

"It just occurred to me," Xandra said, "that with the rewriting everyone's memories, Cordy thinks she lezzed it up with me in closets for, like, a year." He grinned at the image of Queen Cordelia dyke-ing on the down-low, desperately trying to hide it from her cheerleader friends. Deep within the recesses of his psyche, the jewel pulsed with power again and reality shifted just a little bit more. In Los Angeles, Cordelia glanced around to see that none of the fang gang were nearby, passed by the night club she'd been planning to go to, and went into the lipstick lesbian bar two doors down instead. The girls howled in laughter, blissfully unaware of the changes rippling out from Xandra's bedroom.

"And what about penis-crazy Anya?" asked Willow. She was with you even longer. How's she gonna explain that?"

"She must invest really heavily in strap-ons," Tara said.

Xandra imagined himself pounding away at the ex-demon while she explained to him how doing it this way meant that she was still straight. That girl never could shut up.

"That's... actually kinda hot," she said. Tara looked a bit dubious, but Willow nodded in agreement.

Willow grinned. "Ampata... Cordy... Anya... that one-night stand with Faith... Dawn's crush... oh, poor Buffy. It must have seemed like she was the only straight girl on Earth!"

Tara looked impressed as she counted up the metaphorical notches on Xander/Xandra's bedpost. "Wow," she said, I didn't realize you were such a player."

Xandra considered for a moment. It was true -- s/he'd already gotten more play than some guys do in a lifetime.

"My life's... pretty good," she said in amazement. "But won't the gravy train end now? I mean, most girls are straight."

"Most girls haven't met you yet," Willow replied, running her fingers through the brunette's tousled hair.

Tara nodded in agreement, not that Xandra could see that since the blond had rolled him on his stomach and was busy giving him a massage.
