"What the hell?" I thought to myself as I quietly slipped down the hallway.

just a few moments ago I thought I heard some weird noise apparently coming from where the rooms are.

But now that I'm heading in that direction, I can assure you that there is definitely a noise over there.

The first thing I thought was that I was definitely not alone in the house, and I confirmed it even more the closer I got.

What I heard was someone's panting.

I gradually heard them more clearly.

they kept a somewhat agitated rhythm and didn't belong to just one person.

But that wasn't all.

the constant breathing i heard from the hallway stopped sounding like that. as i got closer they began to sound more like some kind of distinctly feminine moaning along with apparent grunts from a corresponding man, i could even hear it as a background, there was also the squeaking of some kind of mattress and a series of loud constant banging against a wall.

cautiously but also curiously, I found myself walking stealthily in search of the source of the sound, using my years of ninja training to move without making even the slightest noise.

when the noises that got me here in the first place became perfectly clear, I had no trouble discovering where they came from.
