They do not

You have kept your daughters separate from your desires in full, though there has been the occasional close call. Regardless, they do not know and ideally they will continue to not know.

You have raised them as best as you can, and now they are both moving out of the house. They are pursuing university degrees, and you have full confidence that they will get them. They always have done well academically.

Their moving has left you free to finally pursue your desires without restraint, however. You'll need to make certain you're still available if they need or want to speak to you, at least for a few years more, but your options are much more open without them in the house.

You take a week after they've gone off to university to give them time to settle in. Then you get to business.
