Conclusion and Continuation

It’s been a week since my life as the new king began.

I stretched my arms out as I looked to the sides of me where I found Rem and Emilia both snuggling close to me and a bright smile spread across my face.

After getting out of the bed, I made my way over to the window and looked outside.

I had finally achieved my Re:Zero harem. But just as I expected, I’m not fully satisfied. There were still several more women I wanted to add to my harem and this was just one of the many routes I had taken to gain said harem.

On a bright note, I now had a base of operation and a place where I could bring all my future harem members.

With that in mind, I finally knew what I had to do.

My slaves all stood before me as I looked them over one by one before nodding to myself and turning my attention to them.

“Listen here my slaves. This may seem out of nowhere, but I’m leaving to search for more girls to add to my harem. I don’t know how long I’ll be gone, but I truly hope you all can hold on in my absence!”

I expected there to be cries of sadness and the words like “NOO!” “Don’t go Master!” but I was surprisingly met with a giggle as I turned my head to Emilia who was the one chuckling.

“Have no fear Master. We have already prepared for such a thing. While we’re not saying we won’t miss you. We understand how great you are and want other girls to experience that too. So we’ll proudly support you.”

I looked at the girls in amazement as they all smiled at me and before I knew it, I’d felt a tear in my eyes.

Trying to wipe it away, I smiled at the girls.

“I promise you all, I’ll be back for you as soon as I can.”

The girls smiled as Emilia walked in front.

“We’ll be waiting, Master.”

With those words, the group left the halls and before I knew it, I was alone with me and only me.

As I thought back on Emilia’s words, I realized I still had a tear in my eye and I tried to clean it off as much as I could. I couldn’t be looking sad at my next destination after all.

I mean, it wouldn’t matter either way since people would just see it as normal, but even I have some standards for how people see me.

After cleaning away the tears, I opened a portal and stepped through it and found myself in my old apartment.

I walked over to my bathroom and began to clean myself up as best I could and put on some clothes that would fit my next destination better.

Sighing as I thought back on the girl’s I’ve conquered so far, I knew things were only up hill from here on out.

That may sound like I’m jinxing it, but don’t worry.

After all, every time I’m somewhere new, I always say, “Isn’t it normal for nothing bad to ever happen to me?” So I know I’m good.

With all that said and done, I knew it was time to continue onto my next adventure.

I didn’t know what was in store for me in the next world I traveled too, but I was ready for it.

After finally finishing setting myself up, I opened up the next portal and pulled out the worlds I had to choose from.

As I scrolled through the choices, I noticed one particularly caught my eye and that’s why I knew that was the world I would travel to next.

With that finally decided, I altered the portal around and found the world I was looking for.

I took one final look at my neat but also kinda junky apartment before stepping into the portal.

Thanks to Re:Zero, I had a place to send everyone once I collected the entire harem.

With that said, I didn’t know how easy it would be to gain the rest of my harem.

At the very least, I knew that I wasn’t ever going to be alone.

Never again. Because as long as I have these powers, I always have someone at my side.

And with those final thoughts, my next destination came into clear view and I was ready for it.
