Neopolitan, also known as 'Neo'

A character so unknown, she doesn't use a last name! She's short, sassy, and not at all to be messed with. In Canon, she's aligned with the villains, which hasn't stopped people from adoring her.

Fights with an umbrella and incredibly acrobatic movement. Her semblance allows her to create illusions visible to all and seemingly teleport short distances.
