You get strapped into the frame by your wrists and ankles.

Imagine a large metal donut in the middle of the room. On the bottom are two platforms to stand upon. Coming to the metal ring on each side of those, are metal poles which get clamped around your ankles. Your wrist get stretched, once again into the "X" position, locked into place using more metal poles. You now can't move, strapped into a metal ring which gives the handler access to all your body, both your front and your back.

"Let me explain what's going to happen", the handler said whilst walking around you, surverying his canvas. "Yesterday your new Master gave us instructions for how he wants you to look. We believe that sending you to your new Master to his specifications will both please him, and increase your submissiveness where necessary. From what he saw yesterday, he has made some decision, that quite frankly, are out of your control now"

He gestures to a table with what looks to be an array of lotions, shavers and, more worryingly, surgical equipment.

"This can be delicate work, so I suggest that you keep quiet and don't move. You'd hate for me to slip I'm sure".
