"Do you want to fuck my ass now too?" Lena asks with a crying voice and a petulant face. You have to grin briefly. *There's something to that idea,* you think, but quickly push the thought aside.

"No, I'm not here for sex, I'm here for you." You say in a serious voice. Lena drops into her chair. After a quick look around, you see a sofa, which you settle down on.

"I bet your sister told you all aces are sexual assholes who don't care about the world, right?" You begin your opening remarks. "I would like to convince you that this is not true. So I'm going to give you, first of all, the opportunity to describe things from your point of view. What happened?" You then ask calmly.

Lena swallows. "My first week didn't go so well. First I lowered the prices and then reduced the bonuses for good ratings with women. The board didn't want that." She mimicked someone on the board. "It costs us a lot of revenue and women have less incentive to do well." Then she continued to speak normally. "They blamed it on my inexperience and assigned me a personal secretary, and now she wants to depose me. Which is probably for the best." Lena sighed and looked at the floor.

"Lena do you really think that?" You ask sympathetically. She nods.

"Then let me give you a different perspective on the whole thing, and see if you still feel that way." You sit back and begin to narrate. *I have to bait her. Lena has to trust me.* you think all the while.

"First of all, I think the choices you made are good ones, and I would have made them the same way." *This should build her up* you think to yourself. "Water is a basic need and should not be too expensive and a bonus because you can make your legs extra-wide or blow well is wrong. There are too many who just can't do that and it's unfair." You take a bottle of water that is standing next to the sofa. Lena looks at you with widening eyes.

"I'm behind you in these decisions. But not the one about you wanting to give up. The others on the supervisory board are apparently only after money and power. So what happens if you give up." You pause briefly to drink. "They get their way. The water gets more expensive and soon people can't afford it without becoming addicted to it. Then it's fuck or die, right? But that's not my philosophy. I am different. I value performance and I don't want a mother to have to bust her ass so she can make her newborn child something to eat." You stand up and slowly walk over to her.

"We got off to a bad start. I was always just pushed around in school, so that feeling of being an ace was like a ****. I ran out and wanted the fun, because I didn't have it before, and it was in that rush that I ran into you. I'm sorry for that. But my eyes were opened." Slowly, you turn and look at the room. "I'm sorry about your sister and I already have an idea how to give her back to you. But you have to help me with that. Besides, my demand also has good sides. No one but me is allowed to demand you now."

After Lena realized that you are done, she nods shyly. "My sister has always described aces differently, but it's too late. This Vera Smith is a snake my sister already warned me about. She only wants the best for herself, and I think she has that now."
