"Congratulations customer! You have put your order in place, and it will be installed within two weeks. Some of the items included in your purchase will require alterations to your house, so we kindly ask that you stay at our hotel during construction, free of charge!"

"Oh wow." You think, "I didn't realize they would need to send me away while installing it. Guess there's more to this thing than I thought."

You pack your things to last a couple weeks before a man knocks on your door. After a brief greeting, he explains generally what will happen to your house and gives you a pamphlet... A booklet? Some sort of weird folded paper, and told you to keep it. After that, you leave for the hotel and the construction begins.

There's nothing particularly special about the hotel, aside from the AI that handles the entire building. She's the one who booked you in, gave you your keys, and showed you to your room. She made you a cup of tea because you like tea now and offered to turn on the television. It's peaceful, Sierra is nice, and you're getting a little excited for the changes to your home.
