Now, he could essentially use Erza's signature Requip magic on both the minds and bodies of women. If he went and said 'Requip Mind: Dog', to Lucy, she would become a dog mentally and everyone would view her as such. And if he said 'Requip Body: Slavegirl' to Cana, she would ger the outfit of a slavegirl and that would be viewed as her regular clothes until Natsu requipped a different outfit on her.

With this in mind, he went to find a target.
