A brand new summer

Vanessa sighed as she sat on her couch, relaxing at her home in the Tri-State area. It had been a few years since the craziest summer of her life. It felt like the summer was endless as Phineas and Ferb went on their adventures and their sister, Candace, ran around the city trying to bust them just once. Vanessa really could relate to her as she did the same with her father for the longest time but oddly enough ended up bonding a lot with him through the crazy adventures with him and his platypus nemesis.

She flipped through the channel now 21 years old. It was crazy thinking about all the chaos she went through even traveling half way around the world and meeting Ferb. They tried their hand at a relationship, but ended up mutually agreeing to move on and Vanessa was perfectly content with being single and deep into college as she studied at the Tri-State University, but dropped out after her father built some sort of “-inator” that turned her science project into a nuclear waste or something.

Still, she wasn’t mad that she couldn’t get through college. But now as the summer started again, she was bored as the days of the boys’ adventures were long gone.
